The Annual Golf Classic celebrates the generosity and support of our community, especially the Lake Family who have continued to support us since the passing of one of our greatest supporters, Mr. Bill Lake in 2012. We are excited to carry on the traditions Mr. Lake enjoyed most about our tournament.

As both a community-based hospital and a robust tertiary center, Dignity Health - Northridge Hospital Medical Center strives to always have the most up-to-date state-of-the-art equipment available. With the proceeds from this year’s Golf Classic we will be able to purchase a new GE OEC Elite Premium Mobile C-arm. This year, we are looking forward to raising funds to purchase three Intravascular Ultrasound (IVUS) machines for our Cardiology Department. The vast majority of stents placed in the United States are uniformly used to treat the more than 1.5 million acute coronary events annually. Intravascular imaging aims to identify the structural features and composition of the arterial wall, including vulnerable plaque. The IVUS is said to be one of the promising modalities used by interventional cardiologists, interventional radiologists, and vascular and cardiothoracic surgeons in our Cath Lab, Hybrid and OR rooms.
